On 04/29/2008 approx. 0237 hours VASQUEZ fired at least ten (10) 9mm rounds at two victims who were walking into the area of Lark & S. Santa Cruz. VASQUEZ rode his bicycle up to the victims and started shooting. One victim died as a result of the shooting.

In March 2008 LANCASTER opened an account online and deposited (3) checks into the new account. She began writing checks on the account. All (3) deposited checks were later returned due to the fact that there were no funds when she deposited them.

On 02/27/2007 the suspect BLACKMORE broke into the victim's home. The suspect put a knife to the Victim's throat and threatened to kill her. The victim was tied up and held captive overnight. The Victim was able to escape and BLACKMORE was able to flee prior to law enforcement's arrival. Blackmore is considered armed & dangerous and was said to be in possession of a loaded shotgun and knife. A warrant was issued for BLACKMORE charging Kidnapping, False Imprisonment and Burglary by Oakdale Police.
ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON SALAS, Pedro Rebuelta Date of Birth: 01/21/1969 Hispanic male/ 5'07/ 152/ Black hair/ Brown eyes On 06/17/2007 SALAS was driving recklessly in the area of Amerwood and Birchwood in Turlock. SALAS mistakenly thought that the Victim was photographing his license plate with a cell phone. SALAS told the Victim to go inside his house and as the Victim ran toward his house SALAS fired a round at the Victim hitting the house. Turlock Police hold a warrant for SALAS charging him with the assault.

RODAS, Omar Hernandez aka: HERNANDEZ, Omar Date of Birth: 04/08/1988 Hispanic male/ 5'06/ 140/ Black hair/ Brown eyes RODAS is wanted for attempted murder in Stanislaus County as well as attempted murder and burglary out of Merced County.

SPOUSAL ABUSE PEREZ, Bely Huerta Date of Birth: 06/09/1974 Hispanic Male/5'06/160 lbs./Black hair/Brown eyes PEREZ allegedly pulled his wife's hair and punched her in the back of her neck. Victim sustained visible injuries as a result of the assault. A warrant was issued for PEREZ's arrest for Spousal Abuse.

TINNIN, Taft Date of Birth: 08/30/1970 Black male/5'11/215 lbs/Black hair/Brown eyes TINNIN is wanted for active warrants for distribution of Narcotics, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and driving on a suspended license. Warrants totaling $396,5000 have been issued for TINNIN's arrest.
HOMICIDE ELSUMERI, Yosef (photo at left, Suspect #1) DOB 12/20/1979 5'06/220 lbs/Black Hair/Brown Eyes
The suspects approached in a green compact car, exited his vehicle and fired several shots at the victim. The victim was hit multiple times and died as a result of his wounds. Three other suspects have been arrested their involvement in this case. ELSUMERI is still outstanding.
CHILD MOLESTATION CHAO, Frank Anthony Date of Birth: 06/03/61 White male/5'08/170 lbs/black hair/brown eyes/small scar right ring In 2001 CHAO pled guilty to molesting a 14 yr old girl in Modesto. He was out on bail, but he did not show up for sentencing. A warrant has been issued for his arrest. CHAO has not been seen since 12/01.
ATTEMPTED HOMICIDE MADRIGAL, Luis Date of Birth: 08/01/80 Hispanic male/5' 1/140lbs /Black hair /Brown eyes. October 10, 2006 Madrigal is suspected of going to a home in the 1600 block of W. Orangeburg Ave. where his young son lives, ex-wife and new husband. They started to argue over visitation rights. Suspect stabbed victim multiple times after dispute. MADRIGAL fled in a white Lincoln Navigator and a cream Cadillac Escalade, Madrigal is from Oregon.
HOMICIDE TORRES, Carlos Date of birth 1-30-1979
On Sunday, 11-23-2003, the victim (Adolfo Romero) was with the suspect, Torres. They began to argue while in the parking lot of Club Suave on Kansas Avenue. Romero asked Torres to leave the vehicle. As Romero opened the back door to let Torres out of the vehicle, Torres shot and killed Romero.
ATTEMPTED HOMICIDE
Date of birth 01-06-1966 On Sunday, 4-10-2005, Reyes Ruvalcaba lured his estranged wife to the parking lot at 301 Standiford Avenue, saying that he wanted her to come and pick up their children. As she got out of her car, Ruvalcaba walked up to her and shot her twice in her abdomen then, as she turned away, twice in the back of the head with a .38 revolver. Ruvalcaba originally fled to his mother's house in Mexicali, but on 5-15-2005, he was reported to be seen driving an older brown compact in Empire, CA. He is now reportedly clean-shaven. People have stated that his lips are a very recognizable feature.
